Fog Willow Science Farm

Gabriel's class also took a field trip today to the Fog Willow Science Farm, they got to pet a baby duck, chicken, goat and a turtle.

These are twin calves, the farm has to take care of them because their mother did not make it, apparently it is very uncommon for Cows to have two calves at once. These are both girls. While we were there the teacher got to feed one of the calves a bottle it was pretty cool.

The kids got to go to different stations and at this station they learned how to make GAK, and also how to make a rocket out of Alka seltzer and water. It was pretty cool.

Gabriel, with his friends Javae and Damien holding the GAK that they made.

Making a garden in a glove, this was a pretty cool project. It was so hot but the kids had fun.
